Our Passion: Proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ for the glory of God!
Our Identity: We are a vibrant community of diverse and multi-generational people who love Jesus. We seek to build genuine relationships, worship Him in unity, and faithfully lead Gospel-centered lives.
To see lives continuously redeemed and transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
To see the church grow and expand through making and equipping disciples of Christ.
We’ve summed up our desires into three key identifiers: Connect – Grow – Advance
Gospel of Jesus Christ – Jesus Christ, through his life, death, and resurrection is Saviour and Lord of all, conquered the power of sin and death, and has eternally reconciled all who believe unto God the Father by grace through faith. Therefore, He is our reason for living, our doctrinal foundation (the Word), our eternal hope, and is worthy of all worship.
Image of God – Mankind is created in God’s image and Jesus’ disciples are called to reclaim and establish that reality in the world as the Spiritually unified Body of Christ in order to display His light to the world. Therefore, we believe in building a loving community as a means to grow more and more into Christ’s likeness. This is accomplished by encouraging each other in our faith and spiritual growth, through discipleship, in creating opportunity to cultivate our gifts and callings, through worshiping God in unity, in serving one another, and through deepening our knowledge of the Word, which is why we place great emphasis on expositional preaching and teaching of the Bible.
Presence – We seek to know and live in the presence of God the Father who reveals and draws us to Himself through Jesus Christ Immanuel – God with us. Therefore, we place great value in the ministry and guidance of His indwelling Holy Spirit, in acknowledging and seeking God through worship, His word, and through prayer, and in cultivating our personal relationships with Jesus.
Mission – It is Christ’s commandment and our desire as His followers to see the good news of Jesus and His Kingdom made known to the world. We’ve been empowered by the Holy Spirit, saved into God’s presence, built up as the Body of Christ, and given His Word; this is not just for our personal pleasure, but in order to have the faith, abilities, knowledge, and power to advance the Gospel of the Kingdom into our city and throughout the world! Therefore, we see eternal value in cultivating a culture of evangelism, in supporting missions and other ministries, in giving generously, in serving and loving those in need, and in sending out our own disciples to minister and plant churches.
